Kautza Invasion!

The Kautza family invaded Pittsburgh for a long weekend. The culprits: Mark, Debbie, Alex, Krissy, and Georgene. We had a great time showing them a little bit of Pittsburgh. We took them to the open market in the strip (not that kind) district, we went to our old stomping ground on Carson street and then off to a Brewer vs. Pirates Game. Notice we all have Brewer shirts on and many of the seats are empty, the pirates are not that good. Thanks for visiting us!

Amelia stayed awake for the whole game, until 11:00 pm. She couldn't make it on the walk to the car.

Alex flew into Pittsburgh a day early so the girls and I took him to Blue Slide Park.

4th of July

The girls and I, Ben was on call, went to a friends house for a cook out and some backyard fireworks. We had a great time with the other families.

Since Ben was not home for the 4th we had a little celebration the night before. We had a fire, smores, and sparklers.
